The Mini Strength Band is available in different levels to increase the difficulty of any workout and target smaller muscle groups. The bands will add more intensity than Resista Loops and can easily be wrapped around feet, ankles, or knees.
- Target smaller muscle groups for rehab or use with barbells for banded lifts and presses.
- Each band is 30cm long and 4.5mm thick.
- Strength is determined by the width.
