Terms and Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, any reference to HART Sport means HART Sport ABN 85 664 465 034.

Prices

Prices for all products on our website are in Australian ($AUD) and include GST (10%). HART Sport reserves the right to alter prices for any reason. HART Sport will provide "Tax Invoices" in the prescribed form for all accepted orders.

Orders

HART Sport reserves the right to reject any order or cancel any order (after acceptance) for any reason. If HART Sport rejects or cancels any order, we will endeavour to advise you as soon as possible. HART Sport accepts no liability for any orders rejected or cancelled by us. Once an order is accepted by HART Sport, it may not be cancelled by you unless HART Sport notifies you in writing.

Freight

Products

We reserve the right to modify or change product specifications. We do this in order to improve our product range and availability. This will only be done when we consider the alternate product to be equal or better in performance and suitability. From time to time products may not exactly match photographs on our website. Every product is intended for use only for the activity described. Products to be used by children should only be used under proper adult supervision. The selection and suitability of items to be used by children remains at the discretion of the purchaser. To the extent permitted by law, HART Sport will not be liable to you for any loss (including any consequential loss), damage, injury or death resulting from the purchase of or use of any product supplied by HART Sport. Any person using HART Sport products does so at their own risk and must ensure that they use proper care when setting up and using the products. Any purchaser or user of HART Sport products is responsible for ensuring that the product purchased is suitable for their circumstances – HART Sport gives no warranty that any particular product is suitable for specific needs. To the extent permitted by law, HART Sport’s liability to you for any loss or damage of any kind is reduced to the extent that you have caused or contributed to the loss or damage.

Custom Products

HART Sport designs and produces custom products containing logos with the assumption that the customer has the authority or permission from the owner to provide and use any supplied logos and other intellectual property. HART Sport reserves the right to use images of custom products in promotional and advertising material of HART Sport including online, print catalogues and event collateral; and/or to provide to any third party, including but not limited to media organisations, HART Sport partners, for their use as they see fit.

Claims and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product, please return it to HART Sport in original condition and original packaging within 7 days of receipt of the product. The returned products may be exchanged or a credit note will be issued. We do not offer a refund for items incorrectly ordered or no longer required. A 15% restocking fee applies unless the product is faulty or does not conform to specifications. All returns must be authorised by HART Sport. When you contact us a Return Authorisation Number will be issued. Any goods returned without a Return Authorisation Number will not be accepted. Returns are to be made in accordance with the “Returning Goods Form” that will appear on the reverse side of the invoice. HART Sport will not accept product returns for custom made products, unless such custom made products are faulty, or do not conform to specifications. Freight charges on returns will not be credited. Also, freight will be charged when sending any exchanged products.

Damaged/Faulty Goods and Shortages

If you receive a product which is faulty (or where the product is custom made and does not conform to specifications) contact HART Sport to arrange free return delivery and an exchange, refund or credit to your account. All returns must be authorised by HART Sport. When you contact us a Return Authorisation Number will be issued and this will be needed to progress your claim. If you receive an order with shortages, contact HART Sport to arrange for delivery of the product shortage. You will not be charged for the freight costs of products sent out to satisfy product shortages. HART Sport will not accept returns for products that have been damaged after delivery. You must notify HART Sport of the fault (or in the case of custom made products, non-conformance to specifications) within a reasonable time of delivery, provide full details of the fault along with the invoice number, and look after the products until they are returned.

Payments

Payment must accompany all orders. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, Master Card or PayPal). Upfront credit card payments for goods are free of a surcharge. If paying outstanding accounts by credit cards or PayPal there is a 0.5% surcharge. Alternate payment arrangements can be negotiated by calling HART Sport. If registered, Schools, government organisations and approved customers may order on account. All accounts are 14 days net from date of invoice. No statements are issued. The customer shall pay any costs or disbursements incurred by HART Sport in recovering outstanding payments. Risk of all products shall pass to the purchaser on delivery. Title to the goods shall pass only when HART Sport has received full payment of the purchase price and any other amounts owing.

World Cup Competition

1. Instructions, prizes, and information on how to enter form part of these conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept these conditions. 
2. The promoter is HART Sport. ABN is 85 664 465 034 and address is 605 Zillmere Rd, Aspley QLD 4034 (Promoter). 
3. 3. The Promotion begins at 9am (AEST) on Saturday 27 June 2026 and concludes at 5pm (AEST) on Saturday 11 July 2026 (Promotion Period). 
4. Entries are open to Australian residents, excluding employees of HART Sport, their immediate families, or any agents, including other advertising, marketing or promotional firms associated with this competition. 
5. To enter, participants must make an in-store purchase of any value and complete the online competition entry form by scanning the QR code provided in-store or by visiting the following URL hartsport.com.au/pages/world-cup. Entrants must be aged 16 or over. 
6. Entry is void if the entry post has not been completed in full or has been tampered with. 
7. Total prize pool draw value is $515 AUD (GST inclusive) and consists of:  
8. One (1) x Major Prize, valued at $315 AUD, awarded to the first valid entry drawn 
9. One (1) x Second Prize, valued at $150, awarded to the second valid entry drawn 
10. One (1) x Third Prize, valued at $50, awarded to the third valid entry drawn 
11. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 

 Major Prizes 

1. One (1) x Major, Second and Third Prize, will be awarded to the first valid entry drawn for each prize level. 
2. The Major Prize winners will be selected by the Promoter at 26 Scouts Crossing Road, Brendale Qld 4500 on Tuesday 21 July. The Promoter will contact the prize winners with full details via the email address and/or phone number provided in their entry. The Major Prize winners are eligible to win the listed prizes only. 
3. If the Major Prize or subsequent Second and Third place winner cannot take the prize as stipulated, or if it is unclaimed after 1 week from the date that the Major Prize winners are decided, the entry will be deemed invalid, and the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next valid entry. 
4. The Major Prize consists of one (1) HART HART Aluminium Porta Goal 120cm x 75cm (valued at $249 AUD); one (1) HART Mission Soccer Ball, customer choice of size (valued at $35 AUD); one (1) HART Hex Cone Set (valued at $15.50 AUD); one (1) HART Solo Football Trainer (valued at $14.90) 
5. The Second Place Prize consists of one (1) x signed Brisbane Roar jersey (valued at $150) 
6. The Third Place Prize consists of one (1) x HART Sport Gift Voucher (valued at $50) for use in the HART Sport retail store only. 

General 

1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the identification of participants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions. 
2. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or any loss or damage arising from their own negligence) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to the prize and/or the participants attendance at the Event, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
3. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. 
4. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the participant. Participants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. 5. As a condition of accepting any Prize, the winner consents to the Promoter using his/her name, likeness, image and/or voice in any media (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) when advertising its business or the Competition for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
