The Hit & Fit® Pad is an innovative & multifunctional piece of training equipment. Held in the hand, the Hit & Fit® Pad can be used as a contact pad for opposed training. The innovative curved front face provides a realistic ‘body like torso’ for players to bump & roll away from. The Hit & Fit® Pad is also designed with shoulder contact targets for effective tackling technique. This pad can be used for multiple sports such as: Netball, Basketball, and football codes.
